Marriage is a union and a bond with a person to be our life partner. This relationship goes beyond being a social relationship that brings together two people. Rather, it is a type of life and belief in most religions. It deals with many texts in the laws, laws and provisions of different religions.

In contrast, divorce is: the separation of one of the spouses from the other, and scholars of jurisprudence defined it as: “The dissolution of the marriage contract with an explicit wording, or a metaphor with the intention, and the expressions of explicit divorce are: (divorce, separation, and release). Such as: I will join your family, or I have nothing to do with you, and so on. If he intends to divorce him, then it will take place, otherwise it is not. And his method is for a man of sound mind to pronounce the word of divorce or (the oath of divorce) in front of his wife in her presence, or in her absence, or he pronounces it before the judge in its absence is in accordance with the law of Islam and most of its sects.

Divorce usually entails the abolition or reorganization of the legal duties and responsibilities of the marriage and thus the dissolution of the marriage ties between spouses under the law of a particular country or state.
